What our warranty
actually covers.

Unlike most shops, our warranty is a written document — not a verbal promise. It covers the parts we installed and the workmanship itself, for 12 months from the day you collect your device.

This warranty applies only to repairs we performed. It does not extend to Samsung's manufacturer warranty.

Every Samsung Galaxy repair we perform comes with a written 12-month warranty starting the day of pickup. Both parts and labour are covered. The warranty period applies only to the parts we touched — unrelated damage isn't covered.

No. We are not an authorised Samsung service centre and we do not cover Samsung's manufacturer warranty. Our warranty applies only to repairs performed in-store by our own technicians.

Workmanship defects, premature part failure, and any issue directly caused by the repair we performed. That includes touch dead-zones, dead pixels, panel separation, battery drop-off below spec, and charging-port intermittency on parts we replaced.

Physical damage from new drops, water ingress after the repair, software/OS issues unrelated to the repair, third-party damage (i.e. another shop opening the device), or wear-and-tear on parts we didn't replace. We're transparent about edge cases at intake.

Bring the device in and we'll diagnose the same day. If it's a confirmed warranty claim, most repairs are completed in 45–90 minutes. If we need to order a replacement part, we'll provide a loaner where possible.

Yes. The warranty stays with the device for the remaining period. Tell the buyer to mention our shop and bring the device in — we honour it without question.
